Q: What options or payment plans do I have for payment on my purchases?
A: We accept all major Debit/Credit cards, cash and financing is also available.

Q: How long does it take for my furniture to arrive?
A: It usually takes 5-7 business days and some orders between 1-3 weeks.

Q: Do you offer delivery service and in what areas?
A: Yes. We deliver to all five NYC boroughs and also out of state.

Q: Do you assemble the furniture/merchandise upon delivery?
A: Yes, for an additional fee you can have your furniture/merchandise assembled.

Q: What happens after delivery I notice damage to my furniture?
A: If you recognize any damage after the delivery agents has left your residence you must call our
Customer Service Desk immediately.

Q: Should I clean or care for my leather and upholstered furniture?
A: We suggest or recommend you call our Customer Service Desk so we can schedule you with one of our
professional technicians.

Q: The fabric on my furniture is pilling. What can I do?
A: You can simply purchase a fabric shaver, which is can be found in discount and department stores, this will
control the pilling until fabric stops shedding.
